He was born in 1973 in Domruköy, Rhodope. After completing primary education in his village, he continued his education at Bursa Boys' High School. Then he graduated from Uludağ University Faculty of Medicine. After completing his military service in his home country, he went to Eskişehir where he specialized in cardiology at Osmangazi University. Dr. Ali Emin Eminlatif started to work in Hayat Hospital after working for many years in Osmangazi Heart Arithmism Hospital. Ali Emin Latif, who is married to Level Akif, has a daughter named Elif.
