He was born in 1953 in Diyarbakır. He completed his primary and secondary education in Diyarbakır. In 1970 he enrolled in Ankara University Medical Faculty. After graduating from this school in 1976, he entered the same faculty as an assistant in the Physiotherapy Chair. After four years of education, he started to work in Ankara Numune Hospital in order to make Internal Medicine Specialization. She worked there for four years as an Internal Medicine Specialist and as a Companion. In 1989, he worked in İnegöl State Hospital. He has been working as an Internal Medicine Specialist in Hayat Hospital since 1990.
